Of course we have to land somewhere in Europe to start the trip so we chose Paris...and why not...it's actually a fast and practical TGV to Orthez and then it's off to nearby Roncesvalles , our first home base.
May 31 Arrive early morning
June 1 we'll ride the Champs Elysees and tour a little of Paris before breakfast!
June 2 TGV Paris to Orthez via Bordeaux and shuttle to Roncesvalles
June 3 back down to Saint Jean Pied de Port to explore and walk up the Napoleonic Route
